Free Belarus Journal

We hereby present an advance edition of the Free Belarus Journal annual. The results of several years of scientific research conducted at the Free Belarusian University have prompted us to undertake a task aimed at creating a robust research foundation for the project led by the team under the guidance of Dr. Aleksandr Milinkiewicz since 2018. Initially, the project focused on implementing educational programs for Belarusian leaders and managers. Recent years have shown that, in the face of the growing political and economic crisis, Belarus will soon encounter significant challenges related to reforms and fundamental changes in state institutions. The preparation of administrative personnel was central to the idea of establishing the Free University. The journal—an academic annual—aims to create additional tools and communication channels for both the teaching staff and the students (Mariusz Maszkiewicz, Foreword of Editor in Chief, fragment)
